LONG BEACH BEER LAB

LEVI & HARMONY FRIED

Originally from Long Beach, Levi Fried found himself making and selling his home brew out of his garage ... while completing his residency in Dermatology. As his following grew, his passion for beer began to outweigh his love of medicine.  Now resettled with his baker wife Harmony, they are opening two co-joined businesses: a brew lab where Levi could experiment with fermentation and create beers; and a bakery where Harmony could make her bread.

TEN MILE BREWING

Dan Sundstrom started his professional life as a photographer specializing in food photography. After a friend introduced Dan to a home brew on a camping trip, Dan was hooked. He, and later with his son, Jesse, began brewing regularly and winning awards in beer competitions. After the passing of his parents, he dedicated himself to opening a brewery that honored his family by bringing the beers he crafts so well to the public.
